way too fat

I got fat. Watch me attempt to undo that.

Found some cheapish chicken (from Brazil - I’m kind of wary of fresh meat from China) at the supermarket yesterday, so I stuffed it with some garlic, rosemary, thyme and lemon, left it to roast while I did my workout for the day, and I’m having a quarter of it for lunch with some canned cannellini beans (dressed with a little extra virgin olive oil), spinach, tomato vinaigrette, and chimmichuri. 
Now to come up with some ideas so I don’t end up just eating plain roast chicken for the next few meals.
